Returns & Warranty Policy
Items purchased from HitachiWand are not allowed to be returned due to the nature of the items being sold. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. However if the item has been shipped, we can no longer accept a return for ANY reason. If a package is refused at delivery a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees paid by the buyer originally will not be refunded at all.
To submit a warranty claim, you’ll need to take the following steps:
Warranty claims may take 5-10 business days to process. All claims must be made via our contact form. Our warranty group will provide you updates by email and may request more information as needed. If appropriate, we will ship a new wand using USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once it is available.
Note: This warranty is for replacement of product only, which means that if approved, we will ship a new product that is the same model as originally purchased. We are unable to offer repairs, refunds, credits, or exchange for different models or products.
Our one-year warranty includes coverage for defects and function under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover lost or damaged charging/power cables, damage caused by abuse, misuse, or abnormal external conditions. Claims of dissatisfaction not related to proper function are not covered.
The warranty covers the unit in North America only. Taking the unit out of the country voids the warranty. Disassembling the unit in any way, voids the warranty.
